Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master site/property database
• Consolidate site scouting and census information
• Encode and validate property and lessor infomation
• Monitor site leads, status, and follow-ups
• Assist in research and data gathering for potential locations
• Prepare and update Excel/Google Sheets tracker and dashboards
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentation
• Monitor action items and deadlines
• Provide general administrative support to PPD projects and activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management or related field; Open for Fresh Graduate or Entry-level candidate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
• Basic knowledge in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good written and verbal communication skills
