ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for all financial, accounting, treasury, cash flow, budgetary, tax planning, corporate, internal control and statutory matters for all the companies under the Group.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and banks
• Responsible to evaluate, review and update all agreements and contracts and provide advice to the Management when required.
• Valuation of payment claims, variations and final account.
• Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
• Multitask and flexible attitude
• Assisting in the data entries, filing, and other related accounting tasks.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and banks.
• Other duties as requested.
• Handle QS job scope from pre to post contract activities.

Job Requirements:

• With basic working experience.
• Prefer candidate with Accounting background.
• Good in communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge with Contract Agreement, Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work independently and diligently.
• Start ASAP
• Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines to complete assignment
• Strong knowledge and understanding
