ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join the team at Mygro Trading Sdn Bhd in Sibu, Sarawak. As a full-time role, you will play a vital administrative support function within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as required
• Managing and maintaining office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
• Handling correspondence, preparing documents, and ensuring the efficient flow of information
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assisting with event planning and execution
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
• Adaptable and able to work well in a team as well as independently
