Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via WhatsApp, phone and internal systems
• Enter and update customer orders accurately in the system
• Check stock availability before confirming orders
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Delivery teams
• Prepare and print Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
• Follow up on pending orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with relevant departments on stock or delivery issues
• Inform customers of order changes, delays or cancellations
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or order processing experience
• Experience with AutoCount or UBS is an added advantage
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented and responsible
