Admin assistant

Our client, a renowned FMCG distributor is currently looking for an Admin assistant to join their growing team in South East Melbourne.
About the role:
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Handling phone, email and Wechat customer enquiries' and order’s
• Placing orders at store and office
• Issuing return documents
• Generating delivery notes
• Reviewing sales orders
• Preparing sales reports
• Data entry (sales figure’s, customer list’s, sales history and etc.)
• Organizing and implementing marketing, promotion, and PR activities
• Coordinating and assisting with the production of marketing material’s and literature
• Implementing merchandising activities which including planogram’s, POSM’s at store level
• Managing POSM ‘s and promotional tool’s inventory
• Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet and social media site’s
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and database
• Maintaining the marketing social media account’s

About you:

• Australian PR or Citizen
• Minimum 1-year sales, marketing, or customer service experiences preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Experience in FMCG or foodservice industries preferred
• Sound understanding of Chinese social media platforms
