Admin Assistant

Requirements

• Minimum STPM or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and format environmental monitoring reports accurately and according to company requirements
• Coordinate with technical personnel to obtain field data, laboratory results and other relevant information required for report preparation
• Ensure the E-Tracking system is regularly updated with the latest information and report status
• Maintain proper and organised records of reports and supporting documentation
• Prepare and email invoices, statements of account and other relevant documents to clients
• Ensure invoices and related documents are sent to the correct client contact person or Accounts Department
• Maintain accurate records of invoices issued, submission dates and email acknowledgements
• Follow up on outstanding document submissions where necessary
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management
