Admin Assistant

Solaris Finance is an Australian finance brokerage specialising in solar finance for commercial and residential customers.

We are looking for a full-time Admin Assistant based remotely in the Philippines. This is a role for someone who is confident on the phone, organised, detail-focused and able to manage finance deals from enquiry through to settlement.

Experience in Australian asset finance will be highly regarded, but we are also open to strong candidates with no direct experience who are willing to learn quickly.

The Role

You will be working with Australian customers, lenders and internal team members to help structure, submit and settle commercial asset finance deals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers over the phone and by email
• Quoting finance deals
• Packaging and submitting applications
• Liaising with lenders
• Following up customers for documents and information
• Managing applications through to approval and settlement
• Keeping CRM and deal notes accurate and up to date
• Working with the Australian team to keep deals moving

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

• Strong spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with customers on the phone
• High attention to detail
• Strong follow-up skills
• Good organisation and time management
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• A reliable internet connection and professional work setup
• Willingness to learn Australian commercial finance processes

Experience in any of the following will be highly favoured:

• Australian asset finance
• Commercial lending
• Finance broking
• Solar finance
• Customer service or sales in a finance-related role
• Working with lenders, brokers or finance platforms

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines.

Hours: 6:30am to 3:30pm Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
