Roster: Initial 3-month casual duration with potential to move permanent direct with the client | Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm with WFH Flexibility after initial training

Location: Northgate, QLD

 
Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration, and processes.
• Providing varied administration assistance to a busy fleet team as required.
• In house system processing of fleet repair work orders, raising purchase orders in line with Company compliance requirements.
• Assist with management of repairs & servicing of equipment
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of fleet operation
• Entering meter readings
• Raising and closing work orders
• Misc administration duties

Skills & Experience

• Customer service orientation
• Experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders
• Experience working within the road transport industry
• Skilled with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software
• Good work ethic & Commitment to safety
• Self-motivated & ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High attention to detail & able to pick up new systems quickly
• JDE/Preceda/UKG experience highly regarded
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation
