Join our team as an Admin Assistant in the automotive financing industry. We provide full training, so no prior experience is required.

Job Details

• Role: Admin Assistant
• Salary: $1,800 / month
• Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Central area, easily accessible
• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Key responsibilities:-

• Connect daily with car dealers and brokers to gather loan documentation
• Process car loan applications and track approval statuses
• Handle loan disbursements, bank follow-ups, and payments to dealers
• Assist with COE renewals and perform key administrative data entry
• Maintain accurate data entry into internal loan database systems for record management and auditing.
• Provide general administrative support when required

Role Requirements:-

• Education: Minimum O/N Level qualification or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Chinese, and Melayu to effectively liaise with a diverse network of local car dealers, brokers, and partners.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, basic database entry).
• Work Style: High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, organized, and eager to learn.
• Experience: No prior experience required—comprehensive, step-by-step training will be provided.
