Jim Riehl’s Friendly Ford of Charlevoix is looking for an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position reports to and assists our Administrator and is responsible for multiple back-end duties pertaining to the entire dealership.

Duties Include: Accounting/administrative support, processing paperwork through CVR and the Secretary of State, ensuring vehicle sale information is correct and organized, running our rental department, light phone work and cashiering, stocking in vehicles, dealer trade paperwork, check writing, processing bank deposits and bank postings, and reviewing accounting schedules.

Skills: Strong administrative skills, proficiency in computerized systems and office software, familiarity with phone systems, ability to manage the office effectively, proficient in data entry with high accuracy, exceptional organizational abilities, excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, knowledge of front desk tasks and procedures. Dealership office experience preferred but not required as training will be provided.
