ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the role

This role involves administrative and operational support functions including telephone management, visitor coordination, mail handling, communication monitoring, reporting, and facility maintenance oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone and record complaints, immediately referring to relevant officer
• Issue visitor passes to clients and visitors to the office
• Record and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail through courier service to relevant staff
• Inform and update the Company on internet access, communication disruption and resumption in districts concerned
• Monitor monthly Call Centre Report and prepare reports for meetings
• Prepare Security duty roster twice a month and check monthly attendance for payroll purposes
• Check Shell Report on monthly vehicle consumption, vehicle upkeep, E-Mileage system and Global Positioning System (GPS) monitoring system
• Attend office maintenance and site office/siteyard maintenance including office toner usage control, photocopier general repairs and others

About you

• Diploma and above in relevant field
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written skills
• Chinese language skills (optional)
