Admin Assistant

About the role

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources and Administration Department (HRAD), managing a wide range of office operations, employee services, and facility coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the HRAD and assists the HR Assistant – Recruitment, as needed
• Assists in the implementation and coordination of training programs, as needed
• Schedules meetings within the HRAD and manages meeting schedules, including providing reminders to attendees
• Handles incoming calls and attends to office guests and visitors
• Handles and monitors incoming and outgoing office documents and equipment
• Maintains filing systems and ensures that records and files are properly organized, safeguarded, and easily retrievable
• Compiles, safekeeps, files, and reviews documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Cascades memos, announcements, and other administrative communications to concerned employees
• Processes employee queries and provides timely assistance or refers concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Consolidates requirements for ATM enrollment and replacement and endorses the completed requirements to the bank
