Admin Assistant

Our Client:

• Furniture Manufacturer & Distributor
• Mon – Fri, Office Hours
• West Region
• Basic up $2500 + VB
• Company transport provided

Responsibilities:

• Process retail and consignment orders, generate delivery orders, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Handle Goods Return Notes (GRN), maintain records, perform data entry, filing, and documentation management
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, coordinate order deliveries, manage customer enquiries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales administration, order processing will be highly advantageous
• Only Singaporean may apply
