Job Summary

You will provide administrative support to the tender and project teams by managing documentation, coordinating pricing quotations, and following up on tender submissions to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Manage documentation, filing, and data entry to support daily office operations efficiently

Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Learn and assist in operating the ERP system to support project and tender workflows

Study and interpret work scope, tender documents, and project requirements to support accurate submissions

Collect pricing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to assist the tender team in preparing bids

Follow up with customers on tender submissions and confirmed projects to maintain clear communication

Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior administrative experience supporting project or tender teams

Basic proficiency in Chinese to support communication as needed

Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to track and follow up on tasks systematically

Positive teamwork spirit to contribute effectively within a collaborative environment

are officially registered on May 2006 as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering contractor with the 3 principal activities as follows: -

Supply and Installation of Electrical 22kV, LV and MV Busducts, Primary Power Distribution Network Equipment and Cabling Infrastructures.

Customised Metal Fabrication, Engineering, Supply & Installation works.

Supply and Installation of customised / standard Cable Support and Management System.

During the initial set-up of the company, the supply and installation of Electrical LV and MV Busduct is our main core business. The work consists of design, engineering, delivery, installation and Project Management to suit the project requirements. However, due to the recent expansion of our network of clients, we have also offered the supply and installation of Primary Power Distribution Network Equipment & Cabling Infrastructures for the required project.

Beside the supply and installation of busduct, we also provide design, customisation, fabrication and installation of Aluminum Canopy (housing) throughout the routing of busduct installation where there is a requirement for additional protection against the impact of outdoor and wet environment.
