Admin Assistant

• 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians.
• Liaise with customers and technicians on service arrangements.
• Perform data entry, filing and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent
• 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred; candidates without experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
