**Job Description**

Baked Cakes and Pastries is looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations, documentation, data entry, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain records accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Handle daily office administrative activities.

• Maintain employee records and company documents.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain files and reports.

• Perform data entry and update records in Excel.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and official communications.

• Assist with attendance records and employee documentation.

• Coordinate with different departments and shop locations.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated.

• Support HR and management with administrative tasks.

• Perform other office duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**

• Any degree qualification preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle documentation.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
