Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Employees transportation

• Coordinate and manage employee transportation arrangements.

• Monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.

• Liaise with transport service providers to resolve transportation issues.

1. Factory Cleanliness and Housekeeping

• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper organization of factory areas.

• Coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain housekeeping standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on any cleanliness issues.

1. Pest Control Coordination

• Coordinate and arrange scheduled pest control services.

• Liaise with pest control service providers to ensure timely treatment.

• Maintain pest control records and follow up on corrective actions when necessary.

1. Assist with other administrative tasks or duties as assigned by HOD.

Education, Qualification Requirements

• Diploma and above.

Working Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role or hospitality-related position is preferred.

• Experience attending Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) training or coordinating RBA audits and assessments is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of RBA requirements, workplace compliance, and audit preparation is preferred.
