General Job Description

IES Commercial Inc dba IES Electrical is looking for a full-time Admin Assistant to join our Abernathy, TX jobsite.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary

• Provide project-specific clerical and administrative support
• Compile, update and process records, files and databases
• Data entry, filing, scheduling, record keeping
• Provide open lines of communication with employees, managers and customers
• Other duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent related experience or education
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude with ability to communicate
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check and MVR check (if applicable)
