Admin Assistant

Beacon Consulting offers training and consultancy services to MNCs and SMEs in Singapore. As our Administrative Assistant, you are the pillar that holds the entire Training Team together. In addition, you will be the "right hand" of one of the Directors. We want you if you have the eyes of the eagles, hands like the octopus and smiles that melt!

What are some of the things that you will be doing?

1. Administrative Support: Take minutes during meetings, prepare training-related documents (e.g. attendance list, certificate, etc), manage data and records.
2. Preparation of Training Materials: Prepare and produce slides, workbooks and handouts. Prepare and organise props for training and consultancy workshops.
3. **Vendor management:**Obtain quotations, negotiate price and terms, and maintain a good relationship with vendors.   

Requirements:

• "O" level (minimum requirement) 
• Proficient in English language & 2nd language (e.g. Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
