Admin Assistant

• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Processing of day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing after checks, and verification.
• Data entry and maintain a proper filing system
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Follow up with clients on payments.
• Prepare Quotations and Invoices.
• Answer phone calls.
• Able to work and coordinate with team
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience are preferred but the freshman is also welcomed.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft software
• Have a Good working attitude
• start work immediately (negotiable)
• Any other relevant and ad hoc duties as deem required by the company.
