Admin Assistant

Duties

· Organize and maintain paper and computer filing system for Production

· Organize and maintain 5’s system for production

· Organize housekeeping at packing plant.

· Update BPTP stock control to ensure smooth run of production

· Responsible & Co-ordinating on GMP check point & documented checklist from production to ensure pass all internal & external audits.

· Provide general correspondence support including processing of mail for all principles of the production department

· Daily updating of Material Control System & ERP

· Daily Update reject of packaging material into Productivity-Linked Wage System (PLWS)

· Prepare Purchase Requisition for Oil & Fats Division

· Prepare daily Productivity-Linked Wage System (PLWS) reports or Oil & Fats Division

· Perform general clerical work – filing, recording leave, photocopying, typing, etc.

· Any other duties assigned commensurating with the position and title

· Responsible to report problem(s) with regards to the Food Safety management system to production engineer/production manager. Authorize to stop packing for any defective quality and safety of product being packed

Qualification

• min SKM/ Cert/ Diploma in any field of study.

• Experiences in manufacturing and plant operation/scheduling will be added advantages

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
