KBR is looking for Admin Assistant  to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects

Experience required:

• Administrating CICPA Security application (New & Renewals)
• Administrating OPTIMA Cards (New & Renewals) & Port Passes
• Organizing OFFSHORE and Onshore TRAININGS & Medical and other requirements of PMC Personnels
• Monitor and keep updated records of all ADNOC projects training data for timely renewal
• Arrange PPE for all ADNOC project employees, as required.
• Arranging air ticket and hotel stay for employees those are working at offshore locations on rotation cycle for all ADNOC projects
• Handling Expense report, Scrutiny of vendor Invoices for payment process, Coordinating with procurement team for Vendor contract renewal and creating
• Arabic typing is added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience will be prefered
