What they need
Preferring candidates with 1-5 year experience in Retail Management.
- We are looking for candidates to join our team as an operation Assistant (Office Job- Retail Business).
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Sound independent judgement
- Manage daily operations of the branch/Retail store.
- Discuss with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives in order to increase branch profit margin.
- Monitor and control inventory at each branch.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and have good command over English.
- Minimum educational qualification - Bachelors Degree.
- Preference to candidates near Pattimattom (Ernakulam Dist).
