Admin Assistant (Construction)

Salary: S$3,000–4,000 per month

Work location: Tai Seng, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the construction department and project sites.
• Handle workers’ work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related documentation.
• Manage workers’ daily arrangements, including flight bookings, course registrations, dormitory arrangements and other work-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of workers’ documents, attendance and employment details.
• Coordinate with site teams and relevant departments on workers’ administrative matters.
• Perform data entry, filing and document management.
• Handle phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in construction administration is required.
• Experience handling construction workers’ work passes and related administrative matters is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
