Admin Assistant cum Driver

Key responsibilities

• Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
• Purchase office supplies and pantry items when required
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, delivery and collection of documents when required
• Assist with office events and company activities when required
• Drive and transport company staff to meetings, government offices, banks, customers, suppliers, airports, or other business-related locations as assigned
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and operated safely in compliance with traffic regulations
• Travel outstation and work overtime when required
• Assist other departments with general office duties as assigned

About you

• Possess a valid driving licence
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and working in a multilingual environment
• Good driving record with knowledge of local routes
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Basic administrative skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
