Admin Assistant (Data Encoder)

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Input, update, and verify text and numerical data from paper or digital formats into spreadsheets and databases.
• Quality Control: Check files for errors, clear out duplicate entries, and fix mistakes.
• Administrative Support: Scan documents, manage digital files, draft emails, and organize records.
• Reporting: Compile basic data summaries and routine reports for management.
• Office Coordination: Answer phone calls, respond to basic client inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven work history as a data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or office helper.
• Tech Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Typing & Accuracy: Fast typing speed with high attention to detail and low error rates.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Education: College Graduate
