About the role

Entry-level Admin Assistant role where successful candidates may be assigned to either the Application Processing or Policy Services function, depending on business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Encode and process a high volume of transactions daily with accuracy and efficiency
• Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness of requirements
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely administrative support
• Meet established deadlines and strict turnaround time (TAT) requirements
• Others: Assist the Team Lead in covering essential tasks during employee leaves or absences, as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of administrative or related work experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered
• Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly MS Excel, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy when handling repetitive, high-volume transactions
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
• Willing to work ONSITE at Rockwell, Makati City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Willing to render overtime, particularly during the last week of the month for month-end cut-off
