Admin Assistant (IT / Kaki Bukit)

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules for IT Engineers across on-site, outsourced, and in-house projects.
• Manage intern deployment schedules.
• Liaise closely with the Sales and IT teams on after-sales support and service matters.
• Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally, with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Respond to emails and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain service item inventory.
• Maintain accurate records for billing purposes.
• Ensure service forms and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
• Support other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
