Admin Assistant (Klang)

• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
• Assist in comparing prices, quality, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates/1 year of working experience in the related field are welcome.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good with numbers and SQL Accounting Software.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Jaya, Selangor.
