Admin Assistant (Leasing)

The Tenant Acquisition Staff is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing qualified tenants for the company’s properties. This role involves marketing available spaces, conducting site tours, managing inquiries, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring tenant satisfaction throughout the leasing process. The position plays a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates and supporting the overall profitability of the property

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Prospecting and Lead Generation

2. Leasing Process Management

3. Tenant Relationship Management

4. Market and Competitor Analysis

5. Reporting and Administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or sales (real estate experience preferred). FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and can work independently or as part of a team.
