Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist outlet staff with daily needs
• Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and accurate data management & safekeeping
• Handle data entry, generate sales invoices, and manage internal systems
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and computers
• Support in organizing outlet activities and team coordination
• Maintain office cleanliness and a well-organized workspace

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to working inside the outlet.
