The Opportunity

• My Client, a reputable organisation is looking to hire an Admin Assistant (Retail mall)
• Monday - Friday
• Office hours
• Central
• Salary: up to SGD 3300 (Subjected to experience)
• 3 years contract

The Talent:

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
• Systematic, organized and meticulous

Job Description f

• Providing administrative support to the Operations team by maintaining accurate records, carrying out sourcing and purchasing tasks, preparing invoices, keying in data, and submitting regular reports.
• Coordinating paperwork for M&E services, handling documentation for renovation works and reinstatement cases, and managing dealings and correspondences with tenants.
• Update and maintain SAP records, including tenant information, tenancy schedules, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants' contact details and tenancy documents.
• Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate the preparation and execution of tenancy agreements and related legal documents.
• Other ad hoc & general administrative and clerical duties.
