You will support clinical trial documentation processes, study start-up activities, and the ongoing management of clinical study documentation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop their career in Clinical Operations and gain hands-on experience supporting clinical trials in an international environment.

As our team and business needs continue to evolve, we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and open to change. The scope of the role may evolve over time in line with internal priorities and business needs, offering an opportunity to gain exposure to different areas and broaden your experience within Clinical Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating translations of study-related documentation.
  • Receiving, processing, uploading, filing, reviewing and maintaining regulatory, legal and financial clinical trial documentation.
  • Supporting documentation activities required for successful study and site start-up, including preparation for site initiation.
  • Maintaining study and site documentation and archives, both electronic and paper, as required.
  • Collecting and filing core trial documentation received from different clinical functions.
  • Preparing and distributing study communications and materials.
  • Supporting the reconciliation of site training files and tracking project-specific training compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate site, contact and study information in relevant clinical systems and tools.
  • Ensuring activities are performed in accordance with applicable procedures, quality standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Supporting routine study and site quality control checks to ensure documentation of completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and interested in developing their career within Clinical Operations.

You will be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Are flexible and adaptable, with a positive approach to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Are comfortable working in an evolving environment where the scope of the role may change based on internal business and team needs.
  • Are comfortable working with documentation, systems and defined processes.
  • Can effectively manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities.
  • Enjoy collaborating with different team members and functions.
  • Have good communication skills and are comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Are eager to learn and develop your knowledge of clinical trial processes.
  • Have a good command of English.
  • Experience working with clinical trial documentation systems or electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) is preferred.

Previous experience in clinical research, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a regulated environment would be an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who are at an early stage of their career.
