Job Summary

Provide front desk and administrative support in a school setting, managing communications, documentation, operational tasks, and student first aid to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Perform front desk and reception duties to welcome visitors and manage inquiries efficiently

Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally

Carry out documentation, data entry, and correspondence to maintain accurate records and communication

Support finance, administration, and school operational matters to facilitate smooth workflow

Attend to unwell or injured students and administer first aid to ensure student safety and well-being

Use at least two school or MOE-based computer or online systems to support administrative tasks

Apply proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare documents and reports

Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to support school operations

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while demonstrating initiative and teamwork

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant school administration and front desk support experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Familiarity with at least two school/MOE-based computer or online systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, work well in a team, and demonstrate initiative

Monday to Thursday: 7.00 am to 4.15 pm

Friday: 7.00 am to 3.45 pm
