Job Responsibilities

• Perform initial checks on incoming client Central Depository System (CDS) and trading account opening forms for document completeness and clarity.
• Key in account data accurately into Bursa Malaysia Depository (CDS), Signature Verification System (SVS), and internal systems (WinOPS and NBOS).
• Process routine account updates, openings, closures, and reactivations for client CDS and trading accounts (including E-broking and Share Direct).
• Match client specimen signatures against system records during account maintenance or closure updates.
• Support the day-end reconciliation of counter CDS fees.
• Retrieve and print stock balance statements for authorized clients and remisiers upon request.
• Scan signature cards and upload signatory details into the SVS database.
• File and maintain physical and digital records of account forms, identification attachments, and operational request forms.
• Carry out routine administrative and operational tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Business, Finance, Administration, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience (preferably in stockbroking, banking, or financial services). Fresh Diploma holders are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; good data entry accuracy; strong attention to detail; and basic communication skills.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
