Admin Assistant (Trademark Dept)

Job Responsibilities

• Handling Trademark documents filing and providing administrative support to Trademark Consultants.

• Preparing official documents for submission to Trademark Offices i.e. conducting trademark searches, trade mark applications, trade mark renewals, and formalities compliance.

• Assist with the trademark procedures of trademark searches, registrations and submission proceedings.

• General administrative duties.

• Assist in others ad hoc tasks as requested.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business or any relevant studies.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, Training provided.
• Applicant with administrative experience are preferred.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Support Hong Kong Team.
