ADMIN ASSISTANT - URGENT HIRING

About the role

We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to support daily office operations, including data entry, filing and general administrative tasks. Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties.
• Handle filing and document management.
• Perform data entry and update records.
• Transfer D/O to invoices using AutoCount.
• Check and update invoice details.
• Assist with customer payment records.
• Key in purchase invoices into AutoCount and Excel.
• Prepare payment documents.
• Assist with daily administrative and accounting tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Candidate must posesess at least SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, guidance provided
• Age requirement : 20– 35 years old
• Female Candidate only
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word & )
• Willing to learn and take on new task

Location: Kepong
Salary Range: RM 1,700 –RM 2,200 (Based on experience, no experience is acceptable)
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday : 8.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m
Saturday : 8.30 a.m – 1.00 p.m
