Admin Assistant, Warehouse & Logistic

About the role

This role involves planning, processing, and organizing orders and delivery of goods, with responsibility for coordinating warehouse operations and maintaining smooth daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, process, and organize orders and delivery of goods
• Coordinate with warehouse workers to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Handle warehouse administration work including issuing delivery orders, shipping records, and stock enquiries
• Assist in preparing and conducting stock-take activities
• Handle warehouse daily activities such as incoming and outgoing stock
• Plan and maintain inventory and storage area
• Communicate with customers to ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

Requirement: -

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above.

2. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the Warehouse & Logistic fields, experiences in Building Material will be add advantage.

3. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office would be required.

4. A proactive team player who able to work under pressure, work independently with minimum supervision.

5. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

6. Dedicated, careful, good communication, responsible, and ability to work in a team..

7. Willing to work in a warehouse environment that may involve dust, dirt and outdoor conditions.

8. Working Location (Warehouse): Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
