Admin Assistant/Inbound Customer Service

LET'S BE UPFRONT: THIS IS AN ADMIN ASSISTANT/"SALESY" ROLE

You don't need sales experience, but you do need the personality. Most of your day is on the phone with people who don't know you yet. Some will be keen, some will be tyre-kickers, some will want to "think about it". The person who thrives here enjoys winning people over, isn't fazed by a no, and gets a kick out of a booked appointment or a glowing review with their name on it. If you'd rather sit quietly with a spreadsheet all day, this isn't the one for you.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Warm, confident and natural on the phone, and a genuinely good listener

• Motivated by results. You like a target and you want to beat it

• Organised and reliable: leads get followed up, notes get logged, nothing slips through

• Comfortable with everyday tech (email, excel, a simple customer tracker). We'll train you on ours

• Bonus points for a customer service, hospitality, reception, retail or telesales background, or any time spent around trades or home improvement

WHAT WE OFFER

• 20 hours a week to start, spread across 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. We're flexible on the exact hours and happy to fit around school or study

• More hours for the right person. This role will expand for the right person, and there's a real path into a bigger role.

• Generous base hourly plus bonuses tied to your performance. The better you are, the more you earn

• Proper coaching on the phone and simple call guides. No call-centre scripts.

• Based at our Malaga office. A small, fun environment in the office and where you can see the direct result of what you do
