Admin Associate

• Billing Management: Process and manage all billing activities for parts and service operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment collection
• Inventory Control: Maintain and monitor parts inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate reordering to ensure optimal availability
• Document Administration: Prepare, organize, and maintain departmental documents including work orders, service records, purchase orders, and compliance files
• Departmental Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Parts and Service Department, including scheduling, correspondence, and customer communications
• Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input transactions into systems, generate reports on billing and inventory metrics, and maintain organized records for audit purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management or billing software
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team
