What they need
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of the Residence Hall, Mess Hall, and overall farm facilities
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements
- Manage Residence Hall operations, including accommodation of farm visitors and monitoring of company phones, gadgets, and equipment
- Oversee food services: ensure availability of snacks, proper use of food budget, and review menus weekly
- Prepare and submit weekly farm administrative reports every Monday
- Prepare timely budget requests for meal allowances, office, and administrative supplies
- Monitor inventory movement of office and administrative supplies
- Manage farm communications and coordinate correspondence with the Corporate Office
- Supervise direct reports and conduct regular meetings
- Manage Farm Canteen operations, including inventory, stocking, sales, and controls
- Recommend process improvements to enhance farm administrative services and production support
- Assist Farm Managers in implementing company policies, rules, and regulations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
