ADMIN ASSOCIATE

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Associate to support the day-to-day administrative operations of Cycle Financing Corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents across departments and company offices
• Process transactions with government offices, Notary Public, BIR, permit offices, and other external agencies
• Handle bills payment and other assigned outside office transactions
• Facilitate bank deposits, transmittals, and the processing and retrieval of bank-related documents
• Distribute documents to Management, Executive Committee (ExCom), company officers, and employees
• Provide general administrative and logistical support as needed
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• College Graduate

• With owned motorcycle, driver's license for field work.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents, records, transactions, and administrative requirements

• With a valid Driver's License and an owned motorcycle for field work
