We are currently looking for Associate - Administration for our plant based at Tadkeshwar, Surat.

• Manage overall plant administration, safety, infrastructure, and facility operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of civil, electrical, plumbing, buildings, roads, drainage, and common facilities.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, AMCs, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure plant safety compliance, hazard identification, risk mitigation, safety audits, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage security, CCTV, gate control, housekeeping, 5S, canteen, transport, accommodation, and employee welfare facilities.
• Coordinate statutory compliance, inspections, and audit action closures.
• Prepare and control administrative budgets, MIS, KPIs, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments for smooth plant operations.

Minimum experience 3 years of working in a plant setup.

Candidates from Tadkeshwar, Surat with an experience from Food Industry shall be preferred.
