Admin Associate provides administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the IMS function. The role is responsible for general office administration, training facilitation and coordination, records and administrative support, and assisting the IMS Team in the implementation and monitoring of IMS-related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four year course, preferably a Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Degree in Organizational Development.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administrative or Human resource tasks. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the preceding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisite.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville, Parañaque City.
