ADMIN (AUTO INSURANCE)

🚗 VACANCY: ADMIN (AUTO INSURANCE & ROADTAX RENEWAL)
📍 Location: Bukit Minyak, Penang

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin to manage auto insurance and road tax renewals. If you're organized, proactive, and familiar with automotive documentation, we’d love to have you on board.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage auto insurance renewals, quotations, policy issuance, changes, cancellations and claims coordination

• Handle road tax renewals and liaise with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and insurance agents

• Track and update expiry dates for insurance ,road tax & PUSPAKOM

• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all transactions

• Assist with general administrative tasks and support the sales team

• Provide customer service related to insurance matters

• Attend to phone and email enquiries professionally

• Maintain accurate records of expiry dates and documentation

• Assist with filing, data entry, and support the sales team

• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Experience in automotive or insurance administration is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills

• Able to work independently as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
