ADMIN CASHIER ROVING

ROVING ADMIN CASHIER - manages daily cash transactions—processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing registers—while simultaneously providing clerical support, such as maintaining financial records, managing petty cash, preparing reports, and handling client correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Cashiering Duties: Process customer payments (cash, credit, checks), handle refunds, issue receipts, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.

Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing financial documents, answering phones, and managing petty cash.

Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly collection and disbursement reports, and assist with reconciliation.

Customer Service: Greet customers, resolve complaints, and provide information.

Security & Compliance: Ensure accurate cash handling to prevent shortages or excesses and adhere to company financial policies.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
