Admin Assistant / Admin Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales data entry and ensure all records are accurate.
• Update daily sales reports and payment records.
• Prepare and arrange payments to suppliers.
• Check supplier invoices, bills and statements before payment.
• Keep proper records of supplier payments and outstanding amounts.
• Filing and organising invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and company documents.
• Assist with basic account and administrative work.
• Key in expenses, purchases and other daily transactions.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices, statements or payment matters when required.
• Assist management with general office duties and other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to perform accurate data entry.
• Careful with numbers and documents.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Honest and trustworthy, especially when handling company payment information.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
• Training will be provided.
