About Us

We are a growing trading company specializing in ESD floorings and are looking for an Admin Clerk to support our daily business operations.

About the Role

You will handle general administrative work, data entry, documentation, and provide support to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer, supplier, product, and company records
• Prepare and organize invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other documents
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting-related administrative tasks when required
• Assist with purchasing, supplier communication, and basic inventory records when necessary
• Assist with import, shipping, and customs-related documentation
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About You

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good communication and data entry skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in SQL, purchasing, or administration is an added advantage
