Admin Clerk

Job Responsibilities:-

• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.
• Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
• Sort, distribute incoming mail and outgoing mail.
• Answer phone calls, to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
• Responsible for daily supply chain operational tasks which includes check and record incoming DO, issue invoice and follow up outstanding payments.
• Resolve administration problem and inquiries.
• Manage office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Good communication skll.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.

Working Hours:-

Monday - Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
