Admin Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative and documentation work at Nautik Satu Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Prepare, organise and maintain company documents and records
• Handle filing, photocopying, printing, scanning and document distribution
• Perform data entry and update internal records
• Prepare basic forms, reports, delivery documents and other administrative paperwork
• Assist with invoices, purchase documents and sales-related documentation when required
• Maintain proper filing systems for easy document retrieval
• Coordinate documents between administration, sales, warehouse and production teams
• Assist with stock, delivery and order-related paperwork
• Answer phone calls and attend to basic enquiries when required

About you

• SPM or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to perform data entry accurately
• Organised, responsible and able to follow instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
